The bactericidal active ingredients of sanitary wipes for hands, skin, and mucous membranes (the bactericidal active ingredients containing a cleaning effect) should use non-industrial-grade raw materials (except non-industrial grade), and the acute oral toxicity should be of actual non-toxic or low-toxicity grade, No mutagenicity, heavy metal lead content <40mg/L, mercury content <1mg/L, arsenic content <10mg/L.
The preservatives used should meet the "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China" or the requirements for food and cosmetic raw materials, and the used fragrances, skin care agents, and other auxiliary materials should meet the requirements for food or cosmetic raw materials.

Packaging materials that are in direct contact with the product shall be non-toxic, harmless, clean, and sufficiently firm.
2. Test items:
1. Microbiological indicators: total number of colonies, mold and yeast counts, coliforms, fecal coliforms, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococci, Salmonella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Legionella, etc.;
2. Physical and chemical indicators: appearance size, heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, mercury, methanol, formaldehyde, PH, moisture content, etc.;
3. Safety testing: fungicides, preservatives, fungicides, and antibacterial agents, etc.
3. Detection indicators
Sensory properties The appearance should be clean and tidy, without hair loss or chipping; there should be no abnormal smell and foreign matter.
Liquid content The weight ratio of the liquid in the sanitary wipes to the carrier should be ≥ 1.7. Note: Sanitary wet wipes whose carriers are wood pulp composite cloth and wood pulp paper are excluded.
Active ingredient content The active ingredient content should comply with the content marked on the product label.
Stability Validity ≥ 1 year.
Packaging tightness The packaging should be airtight without liquid leakage, air leakage, or damage.
Metal Corrosivity Index The liquid used for the production of sanitary wipes on the surface of metal objects should be basically non-corrosive to metals.
Microbiological indicators The total number of bacterial colonies in sanitary wipes is ≤20CFU/g, and the total number of coliform bacteria, pathogenic pyogenic bacteria (including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and hemolytic streptococcus), and fungal colonies cannot be detected.
Microbial killing index Sanitary wet wipes should have a killing rate of ≥90% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. If it is marked to have a bactericidal effect on fungi, the killing rate of Candida albicans should be ≥90%; if it is marked to be effective against other microorganisms If there is a killing effect, the killing rate of the corresponding microorganisms should be ≥90%.
Toxicological safety indicators When sanitary wipes for hands, skin, and mucous membranes are put on the market for the first time, corresponding toxicological tests should be carried out.
